Your data is used solely to operate and improve N.O.V.A.: delivering market analyses, personalizing your experience, processing payments, and providing customer support.
3. Conversation Access for Support
Your conversations with N.O.V.A. are recorded and stored securely. Our technical team may access these conversations when necessary to resolve a technical issue, respond to a support request, or ensure the proper functioning of the service. We do not monitor conversations on a routine basis — access occurs only when required for support purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers (PostgreSQL hosted on Railway). We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)

We use Stripe for payment processing and Anthropic's Claude API to power N.O.V.A.'s intelligence. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
